How to Schedule an Appointment

(Please read this page before you start!)

  • Please see our Fees page prior to scheduling.  The Fees page should answer many of your questions.

  • Our typical appointent slots are 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm, and 4:00pm for Holistic & 2nd opinion appointments.  For Annual Wellness exams we sometimes offer 2:00pm, 3:00pm, and 4:00pm appointments.

  • We are available by appointment Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

  • We serve the Stuart/Palm City areas Monday & Thursday, and the Hobe Sound/Jupiter areas Tuesday & Friday.

  • We provide a Holistic approach and 2nd opinions for chronic and ongoing problems, as well as a holistic approach to  maintaining long-term health & wellness.  In light of this, we are not available for emergencies.  Also, given our mobile nature, we are not available to respond timely to same-day appointment requests.

  • Please contact us via email or phone to request and schedule an appointment.

  • Once we have confirmed your appointment you'll receive an email with a link to complete your account profile and to fill out our intake forms.  Please take the time to thoroughly fill out all of the required forms including the detailed questionnaire.  The information on these forms is often the key to unlocking your pet's health issues!  You'll receive reminder emails and prompts from our appointment software about completing all of the online forms.

  • When filling-in the initial new-pateint information, please register as your pet's name in the 'First Name' field.  Otherwise, all of our Medical Records will be under your name instead of your pet's.​​​

  • If possible, please email all of your pet's previous medical records to us 2 days prior to your appointment to allow time for us to review the information, otherwise have this all available for review at our initial appointment.
