Discounts and Payment Options:

Because each animal requires the same thorough exam and time spent reviewing history, we are unable to offer multiple-pet discounts.

Because the nature of Holistic Medicine does not lend to a 'cookbook' approach, most follow-up appointments are not significantly shorter or easier for the practitioner, therefore it is rare that we will discount the cost of multiple visits.

Payment is due at end of each visit. We accept major credit cards and cash for the initial visit.

Checks are accepted only from established clients.

Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee (which is paid to the credit card processing service).

Cash is preferred, and earns a rounded discount that usually amounts to 5-10% off the total.

Holistic Functional Exam. This is a comprehensive 60-90 minute exam that includes a thorough review of your pet's medical history. This exam is for any new patient, any new health problem, or if we have not seen your pet for more than one year.

Continued Treatment Exam. Just as thorough for examining and treating your pet, but we have already analyzed the bulk of your pet's medical history and identified your pet's general constitution, so we don't have to spend as much time reviewing his records and history. Your pet may only require a few Continued Treatment Exams to become stable. Healthy animals may be able to skip this level of appointment structure and go straight to the Maintenance Treatment after the initial Holistic Functional Exam.

Maintenance Treatment. An abbreviated exam designed as the on-going long-term appointments for maintaining your pet's health and balance. Also for stable animals that no longer require the exam time needed for the Continued Treatment Exam.

Holistic Consultation. This may include an exam, review of history and records, and discussion about treatment options or dietary & lifestyle changes.  No treatments are included with this consultation, although we prefer your pet be present for the consultation.

Chiropractic/Spinal Manipulation Only. Does NOT include a Chinese Medicine/Holistic exam. This visit is for those seeking only a Chiropractic adjustment for their dog or cat. Only offered for existing patients for whom we have already performed the Holistic Functional Exam.
